An extract from a fake PayPal Payment Receipt:

"This PayPal® payment has been deducted from the buyer's account and has been "APPROVED" but will not be credited to your account until the USPS Express Mail shipment reference/tracking number is sent to us for shipment verification so as to secure both the buyer and the seller.

Send tracking number to us or email us through this mail ppp@officeemail.netand our customer service care will attend to you. As soon as you send us the USPS Express shipment's tracking number for security purposes and the safety of the buyer with the seller, then money will be credited to your PayPal account.

Once the shipment tracking number is sent to us and the shipment has been verified. You will receive a "CONFIRMATION Email "  from PayPal® U.S informing you that the Money has been credited to your PayPal account."

Note: The buyer is trying to reassure the seller to post the item before payment is in the seller's actual PayPal account, but stating in the fake receipt that PayPal has the money but won't release the money to the seller until after confirmation that the item has already been sent. This fake Paypal receipt shows an email address thatPayPal doesn't use, i.e. - so that's a giveway already that it's a scam, but please beware that other scammers may supply a PayPal email as a mask, which will lead to a different email address.
